Ordered and delivered goods can be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery without giving any reason. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in their undamaged state, including the packaging and the documents that have been shipped with it.
If the delivered goods do not correspond to the order, the buyer has the right to send the goods back undamaged. The consignment must also include proof of purchase. The seller returns the returned merchandise within 7 working days of the date of receipt of the goods.
If the goods are not returned within the time limit or if the goods or its packaging returns damaged, the seller reserves the right not to accept such goods.
In the case of return of goods, the buyer is obliged to return the goods personally or to send it by registered mail or courier. Not a checkout. Before returning the goods back to the seller, the buyer is obliged to inform the seller in writing in advance. In the case of sending such a post, the date of the postmark is valid.
If the conditions for return are fulfilled, the buyer will be refunded the entire amount paid for the goods. The returned amount does not include the postage and packing costs.
